Ruth H. Pillsbury Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2024, at the age of 87, Ruth H. Pillsbury of Ascutney, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Ruth has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hathorne Hussey and Margaret Hussey (Montgomery); and her siblings, Dorothy, Kendall and Martha.
She is survived by: her husband Leon W. Pillsbury, Jr. of Ascutney; and her children, Leon Pillsbury, III (Carol) of Kent, OH, Glen Pillsbury (Dorinda) of Peru, ME, Gail Pringle of Hanover, NH and Cheryl Waite (Steve) of Hartland, VT. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
