He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Penn; his children, Ray Penn, Jr., Christopher Penn, Timothy Penn and Angela Young; his siblings, Fred "Butch" Penn, Jr., Peter Penn, Robert Penn and Pamela Cooper; and his grandchildren, Darian, Moses, Elijah, Hayley, Richard, Olivia, Everett and Savannah. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
