He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wragg and Jacqueline Wragg (Ryder); and his brother Stephen Wragg. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Bruce Meeker; his children, Kelly Wragg, Ryan Wragg (Heather), Aubrey and Elias; and his siblings, Cheryl Watson, Dedra Meeker and Jay Wragg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
