He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal (Johnny) and Sarah; his grandchildren, Issac, Meara, Katherine, Kaleb, Johnny III, Harmony and Ethan; and his siblings, Karen (Buzz), Ross (Judy) and Dianne (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and aunts and uncles.
