She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James A. McDermott and Evelyn P. McDermott (Sallisky); her children, Shaun Douglas, Monica Douglas of Bennington, VT, Joy Douglas of Bennington, VT and Arcangela King of Manchester, VT; her siblings, Rickford McDermott (Carole) of Crystal River, FL, James A. McDermott of Sunderland, VT and Betty Bushee of North Adams, MA; her husband Roy Douglas; and her brothers, Leroy McDermott, Sr. and Harry McDermott, Sr.. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
