He is survived by: his wife Victoria Oates; his children, Bianca Oates and Jimmy Lee Oates III; his stepdaughters, Samantha and Madison Nieves; his father Jimmy Lee Oates Sr.; and his siblings, Wesley, Peter Oates, Melissa, Precious, Joy and Candy Oates. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
