Coulter-Colon (Noel) of Petersburg, NY and Rick Coulter (Jane) of West Arlington; his sister Nancy Hartley of Piermont, NH; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Jessica, Andrew, Justin and Ashley. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
