She was predeceased by: her parents, George Maynard and Myrtle Maynard (Tompkins); her husband David L. Knapp; her son David M. Knapp; and her son-in-law Peter J. Damelio.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah K. Damelio of Beacon, NY, Martha Rifenburgh (Delos III) of Beacon, NY, Johanna James, Poughkeepsie, George M. Knapp (Nancy) of Magnolia, DE and Kimble M. Knapp of Arlington, VT; and her nephew David K. Hurxthal of Palm Bay, FL.. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren.
