He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Humphrey and Frances Humphrey (Evers). He is survived by: his wife Janet Ennis (Ennis); his daughter Kelli Humphrey of Arlington; his grandchildren, Olson, Paige and Garrett Humphrey; and his siblings, Carl Humphrey, Charlene Wilkins (Humphrey) and Donald Humphrey. He is also survived by Sister and brother in laws, cousins and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews, and some very good friends.
