He was predeceased by: his parents, Constance Brow and Morris "Sam" Partlow; his brothers, Spencer and Todd; his brother-in-law Joseph Marchant Sr.; his stepsister Terri; and his stepfather Tommy Comstock.
He is survived by: his fiancée Tammy Wells; his children, Jesse, Heather (Anthony Daisey), Lacey, Dylan (Tara), Dustin, Samantha and Shyanne (Jacob); his son-in-law Wilfred Sullivan; his grandchildren, Brianna "Bri", Audreena "Queenie", Aiden, Quinton, Gavin, Rayannah "RayRay", Kaydence "KayKay", Emmytt, Blaze, Gemini, Greyson, Oaklynn and Sahvere "Kiikii"; his sister Darlene; his brother-in-law Randy; his sister Dorraine; and his stepsisters, Tammi and Tracey. He is also survived by Aunts, and many nieces, nephews, & cousins.
