He was predeceased by: his parent Gerald Annis; and his wife Eleanor B. Annis. He is survived by: his parent Hazel Annis (Tewksbury); his daughters, Tracy Annis-Johnson of York and Nancy Goodwin of Saco; and his grandson Owen Goodwin.
