He is survived by: his wife Judy Bradshaw Crumpler; his children, Lora Taroli-Vinson (Tripp) and Ricky Atkins (Brenda); his brother Michael Bales (Lorraine); his grandchildren, Brooke Arnot (Camron), Staci, Sydney, Lindsey Taroli, Chad, Courtney Vinson and Ethan Atkins; his great grandchild Bracey Haywood Arnot; and his pet Dink. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
