She was predeceased by: her grandson Jesse Erwin. She is survived by: her husband J. M. Erwin, Sr.; her sons, Jay (Joanna), Tommy (Sonya), Chris (Rita) and Sam (Melia); and her siblings, Skip (Lynn) and Mary Alyce Gaskin. She is also survived by her twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
