He is survived by: his wife Joan Garber; and his children, Marilyn Garber, Jacci Sciacchitano (Mark), Steve Garber (Paula), Jeff Garber (Debbie) and Richard Garber (Rachel). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
