With profound sadness, we say goodbye to William Carlson (Yorktown, Virginia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. William left this world on February 13, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Carlson and Juanita Carlson; and his sister Victoria of Seattle, WA.. He is survived by: his wife Libby Carlson of Yorktown, VA; his daughters, Trilby Burt (Charlie) of Richmond, VA, Melissa Whitam (Raymond) of Gloucester, VA and Heather Carlson (Matt Sexton) of Norfolk, VA.; and his grandchildren, Ashley Eshleman (John) of Knoxville, TN and Bryce Hatchell of Richmond.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Abingdon Ruritan Club (8784 Guinea Rd, Hayes, VA 23072).
In lieu of flowers he asked to please make a donation to the Peninsula SPCA or CHKD.
