He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harper and Martha Harper; his brother Donald; and his grandson Jacob. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Andrews Harper; his children, Tammy Williams (Tom), Teresa Sibley (Bobby), Richard Harper (Mary) and Randy Harper; his sister Vicky Ellis (Don); his grandchildren, Ruth (Ken), Tom (Katie), Amanda (Julian), Alexis (Eric), Cate and Carol; and his great grandchildren, Lizzie, Elliana, Philip, Natalie, Adalae, Brooks, Locke and Hanna.
