He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Finley and Marie Finley; and his brother Bill Finley. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Finley (Steve Kostoff) of Newport News, VA and David Finley (Elizabeth); his granddaughters, Harriet Finley and Elise Finley of Durham, NC; the mother of his children Judy Finley of Yorktown, VA.; his sisters, Bonnie Fogle and Nancy Ely; his significant other Judy Ferris of Yorktown, VA; his significant other's children, Susan Pollack (Ron) of Concord, NC, John Ferris (Laura) of Austin, TX and Janice Blackburn (Daniel) of Yorktown, VA; and his brother Doug Finley. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
