She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Kirkland and Susie Johnson; her son Scott Kirkland; and her brother Samuel "Bo" Kirkland. She is survived by: her sons, Samuel "Sammy" Kirkland (Angie) and Jordan Dufrene; her grandchildren, Xavier, Savanah and Dominic; and her siblings, Fred Kirkland, Charles "Chuck" Johnson, Terry Johnson, Deborah "Debbie" Johnson and Lillian "Lily" Miles. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
