She was predeceased by: her parents, Evelyn Burd and Robert Burd. She is survived by: her husband William Robert Scheitle; her sons, Terrence (April) and Gary; her siblings, Betty, Gerald and Randy; and her grandchildren, Tristen, Shannon, Lee Ann, Cody, Kira and Kendra. She is also survived by Great-Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Riverside Hospice, The Parkinson's Foundation, or the Peninsula SPCA.
