It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Allen Mattison (Yorktown, Virginia), born in Gastonia, North Carolina, who passed away on February 23, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband John; her sister Lena Curtis; her children, Allen Turner (Carol) and Renee Spruill (Danny); her mother Best Nana Ever; her grandchildren, Craig Smith of Stephens City, Lindsay Myers Carroll Newport (Brad) and Justin Turner (Shannon); her great grandchildren, Hailey Smith, Cassidy Smith, Cailyn Smith and Lincoln Smith; and also Sheila.
