Saltzgiver and Esty May Saltzgiver; his wife Jean; his sister Helen Sponseller; his children, Wendy Saltzgiver of Newport News, Wade Saltzgiver (Karen) of Hampton and Laurie Sell of Rochester, MN; his brother Eugene (Jeannie) of East Berlin, PA; and his caregivers, Kelly, Pauline, Deon, Rita, Bebe, Kim and Rodger. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
