He is survived by: his sister Jane Mahaffy Smith; his children, Susan Spaulding, Kevin Mahaffy (Gale), Mary Johansson (Mark), Patricia Schlosser (Rob) and Darren Mahaffy (Megan); his grandsons, Kevin Mahaffy, Jr. (Ady) and Patrick Spaulding (MaryBeth); his children, April Hernandez (Lalo), Tim Spaulding (Cindi), Ben Mahaffy (Dawn), Andrew Johansson (Emily), Todd Spaulding (Nathacha), Katie Stern (Peter), Naomi Kline (Mike), Luke Mahaffy, Paul Mahaffy, Sarah Dail (Cameron), Melissa Schlosser, Mark Mahaffy, Oliver Schlosser, Joel Mahaffy and Emma Schlosser; his great grandchildren, Claudia Wickham (Ethan) and Natalia Mahaffy; his grandchildren, Rebekah, Isabella, Adriana, Sofia Hernandez, Hannah Alex, Isaiah Mahaffy, Connor Moore, Taylor, Jordyn, Parker Kline, Ezra, Ewan, Eva, Blair, Amelia, Caleb, Hazel, Levi Johansson, Eleanor, Lillian, Jack and Mary Joy Stern; and his cousin Allan Bailey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
