He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmet Fox and Edna Fox; and his siblings, Ralph, Bobby Fox, Dorothy Fox and Hazel Tinker.
He is survived by: his nephews, David Fox and Richard Tinker (Jane); and his niece Kathy Pope.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666).
