He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy I. Forrest. He is survived by: his children, Denise Forrest Weston (Ronnie) and Nathan Spencer Forrest (Debbie); his grandsons, Chad Messick (Heather), Justin Weston (Kayla), Benjamin Asbury and Brice Asbury (Brittany); and his siblings, Carleton Forrest, Marshall Forrest, Jackie Robinson and Mary Virginia Boyd (Dickie). He is also survived by five great-grandsons.
