He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Hogge and Henrietta Sparrer Hogge; and his siblings, Melbourne, Carl, Norman, Dwight and Marietta Blevins.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Armistead Hogge; his pet Ralph; and his close friends, Edina and Patsy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
