She is survived by: her husband Retired Colonel Stephen Winters; her sons, Brian Winters (Linda) of Arlington and David Winters (Shannon) of Inman; her grandsons, Oskar Winters and Theo Winters; and her brother Robert Corcoran. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
