With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Olivia Barclay (Yorktown, Virginia), born in Williamsburg, Virginia, who passed away on July 20, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alfred Vernon Belvin and Edna Marable Belvin; her husband Tom Barclay; and her sisters, Carolyn Hunt (Willard) of Yorktown, VA and Debbie Campbell of Tennessee. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
