She is survived by: her daughter Nancy; her husband Jorj C. Head; her children, Jorj R. Head Seaford (Christina), Angie Head Gloucester and Suzie Smartt Austin (Chris); her grandchildren, McKenna, Hayden Head of Seaford, VA, Clara, Nathan and Evie Smartt; her brother Ron Essick of Pinehurst, NC; and her sister-in-law Keiko Essick of Lancaster, PA.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
