He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Kaminsky and Allan Kaminsky. He is survived by: his brother David Kaminsky (Cheryl Keller); his half-brother Michael Kaminsky (Jessica Caridi) of Levittown, PA; his nieces, Jennifer and Jamie; and his nephew David. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
