She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve David Deak, Jr. and Mary Jane Lakatos Deak; her husband Robert E. Weimer; and her siblings, Mary Jane Posey and David Deak.

She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Weimer Manning (Jeffrey Manning); her brother Steve Deak; her grandchildren, Ashleigh, Kyle (Haileigh) and Matthew; and her great grandchild Fletcher. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
