He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberta Sr. and John Brumbaugh Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Shari L. Brumbaugh; his sons, John Brumbaugh III and Jason Brumbaugh; his daughter-in-law Alison Brumbaugh; and his granddaughter Alexis Brumbaugh.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shari Brumbaugh, c/o SunTrust Bank, 5208 George Washington Highway, Grafton, VA 23692 to help with medical & other expenses.
