She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Freda; and her brother Martin. She is survived by: her husband John Kondek (Jack); her children, Caroline, John (Melissa) and Gina; and her grandchildren, Alexa, Emma, Olivia, Elizabeth and Emily.
