It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Shackelford Fecondo of Yorktown, Virginia, who passed away on July 2, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Stanley Shackelford and Maud Thomas Shackelford; her son John (Christine Harris); her brother J. Carlton Shackelford; and her nephew Jimmy Harris.
She is survived by: her husband Anthony Fecondo Sr.; her son Anthony Fecondo Jr.; her daughter-in-law Jody; her grandson Joseph; her nieces, Nan Leigh and Rose Nissley; and her nephew Frank Tavani. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, and many great-great nieces and nephews.
