He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emma Elizabeth (Martin) and Earl Hazle Blanton, Sr.; his sons, Jeffrey Neil, Jr. (Aryn) and Seth William (Elizabeth); his wife Anne; and his grandsons, Owen, Henry and Roger.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Jeff's memory be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
