He was predeceased by: his former wife Jeannie; his parents, Jim Hornback and Fannie Hornback; his siblings, David Hornback, Jeanie Weinbrenner and Susie Hornback; and his granddaughter Angela Blair.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Jason; his children, Jo Blair Houston (Jason) of Newport News, James W. Hornback III (Sandy) of Lafayette and Jill Evans (Denny) of Ketchikan, AK; his sisters, Mary Lou Rutledge of Springfield, OR and Cindy Rutledge of Beaverton, OR.; his grandchildren, Jeremy (Jessy), Brett (Ashley), Jamie, Wesley, Danny (Laurel), Marshall, Mary, Julia and Colin; his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Jenny, Noah, Haley, Gabriel, Micah and Alayna; and his pet Sheba. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
