He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Brogan and Betty T. Brogan; and his siblings, Robert and Carol Gritzke. He is survived by: his wife Monica Marie Brogan; his sons, David Allan and Edward Montgomery; his siblings, John (Carol), Thomas (Nancy), Mary and Diane Hynes (late Carl); his cousin Debra () Jawor (Tom); his sister-in-law Therese Terschuren (James Parr); and also, Kyle and Kim Huffstetler (Eric). He is also survived by cousins and 6 grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jim's honor to St. Kateri Tekakwitha Knights of Columbus, KOC Council #17189, to support the Polar Plunge for.
