He is survived by: his wife Mae A. Lewis; his son James S. Lewis III; and his siblings, Jacqueline Lewis, Eric Lewis (Jessi) and Steven Lewis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
