She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey H. Hiott and Lanette Evans Hiott; her siblings, John H. Hiott and Elizabeth S. Hiott Moore; and her son Lawrence I. O'Neill.
She is survived by: her husband Sergeant Major; her sons, Kenneth L. O'Neill II and Sean P. O'Neill; her granddaughter Aris Nicole O'Neill; her niece Patricia Dalton; and her cousin Paulette Hiott.
