She was predeceased by: her parents, James Gilbert Church and Elsie Mae Ellis; her husband William G. Ingram; her brother Randolph Church; and her son Garland J. Ingram.
She is survived by: her son Brian D. Ingram (Barbara Ingram); her grandchildren, Aaron Ingram (Denise Ingram), Matthew Ingram (Taryn White), Wesley Ingram and Christen Ingram; her great grandchildren, Joel, Brian and Anaya; her brother-in-law Randy Ingram (Brenda Ingram); and her daughter-in-law Vickie Ingram.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to one of Jackie's favorite charities, The Virginia Peninsula Foodbank at 2401 Aluminum Ave., Hampton, VA 23661, would be appreciated.
