He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Thomas Cornick, Sr. and Martha Penzold Cornick. He is survived by: his wife April Peltz Cornick; his daughter Lynn Mendibur (Tony); his stepsons, Andrew Douglas Wright (Cathi) and Mathew Christian Wright (Kelli); his siblings, Robert Bruce Cornick and Jane Dominick; and his significant other Sassy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, friends may donate to the SPCA in Tom's memory.
