She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Thomas Norwood. She is survived by: her parents, Walter H. Fowler and Helen C. Fowler (Rodgers); her daughters, Kimberley (Michael Banta) and Wendy (Jeffrey Thomson); her grandchildren, Deborah Banta, Joseph Thomson, Sarah Banta and Mark Thomson; and her sister Sylvia Michaelson (Larry) of Helena, MT. She is also survived by her husband and children, visiting her elderly aunts and uncles, taking care of her elderly parents, and enjoying her grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church (1677 Jamestown Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23185). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Quantico National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Mercy Fund of Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church (1677 Jamestown Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185).
