She was predeceased by: her parent Jo-Ola; her siblings, Melvin (Corene Puryear), Emma Rose (Rufus Temple) and Josephine (Weldon Jones); her son R. Scott West (Christine); her son-in-law Randy Cofer; her grandchildren, Randy Wright Cofer, Jennifer Ann Taylor and Jacquelynn Christine West; and her great grandchild Morgan Dean Allred.
She is survived by: her children, H. Frank West, Jr., Rachael Cofer and Jola West; her grandchildren, Bonnie Fitz, Larry Larson, Jr., Michelle Leshok (John), Joseph Cofer (Karen), Kim West, Rachel Potts (Joey), Michael and Tiffany West; her great grandchildren, Isabella 'Izzy West of Zackary Fitz, TJ, Frankie Pratt, Brandon Cofer, Katie Potts, Lauren Burns, Andrew Smith, Jordan Larson, Taylor, Jennifer West, Angela Russell and Chantis West; and her grandchildren, Allison, Isaac and Jake Leshok.
