He is survived by: his wife Lynda A. Bush; his sons, Michael, Douglas (Kristi) and David (Tonya); his grandchildren, Dyllon, Jaime, Daton, Cory, Tyler Bush, Myles McIntyre and Will Thompson; and his great grandchild Meredith Bush.
