He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Howell, Sr. and Gloria Howell; and his brother Samuel Howell. He is survived by: his wife Judy Howell; his daughters, Robin Nicole Norton and Sarah Leslie Sullivan (Patrick); his sisters, Rebecca Webb, Deborah Hutcheson (Doug) and Rachel Girouard (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Abigail Norton, Solomon Norton and Owin Robert Sullivan; and his friends, Harald Laugginger and John David Bryan.
