He is survived by: his wife Marcia Burge Fox; his children, Debbie Morecock (Billy), Grayson Eugene "Gene" Fox, Jr. (Julie) and Cathy Rawlins (David); his grandchildren, Carly Grayson Rawlins and Grayson Eugene Fox, III; and his brother Allen Lee Fox.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Grafton Christian Church Cemetery Fund, 109 Brick Church Road, Yorktown, VA 23692.
