He is survived by: his children, Cheri Everett (Chris), Mary Crosby (James) and Greg Koch; his siblings, Sandra Sulik, Paul "Butch" Sulik and Rex Sulik; his grandchildren, Ryan, Jacob, Cole Crosby and Kaitlynne McGill (Dakota); and his great grandchild Scarlet Rose McGill.
