He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hilbert and Florence Hilbert; his brother James Hilbert (Tank); and also Janie Hilbert (Worrell). He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Mutlu (Michael) of Liberty Township, OH, Lori West (Carl) of Yorktown, VA and Andrea Stout of Oak Harbor, OH; his grandchildren, Mathew, Andrew, Madison, Jake Mutlu, Mallory Cordell (Dustin), Ryan West (Brittany), Jon Michael West, Molly Stout and Anthony Stout; and his great grandchildren, Connor Cordell and Kaiah Cordell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers donation can be made to the Charles E. and Florence E. Hilbert Scholarship at The Clark State College.
