It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth L. Howard (Yorktown, Virginia), born in Atco, New Jersey, who passed away on August 12, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James N. Howard, Jr.; her parents, Walter Leitz and Elizabeth Leitz of Atco; her brothers, Edward Leitz of Virginia Beach and Walter Leitz of Atco, NJ; and her son-in-law Paul Laws of Smithfield.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Howard of York County and Sherry Laws of Smithfield; her granddaughters, Cassie Runnels (Jason), Brittany Trinidad (Victor) and Jessica Howard; her sister Edna M. Kucheruck of Atco; and her daughter-in-law Pam Howard of Newport News. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
