She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard L. Seay; and her sons-in-law, Donald Jones and Arturo Willis. She is survived by: her daughters, Jacquelyn S. McIntosh (Erskine) of Hamden, CT, Valerie S. Wilson (Veasey) of Norfolk, Judy Seay Jones of Yorktown and Jane S. Wimbush (Blair) of Chesapeake; her sister Ruth H. Wyche of Yorktown; her sister-in-law Catherine Seay Redcross of Hampton; and her nieces, Claudine Y. Wiggins of Newport News and Francine H. Johnson of Yorktown. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
