He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Dolezel and George Charles Dolezel; and his brother George Rudolph Dolezel (Lisa). He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, David (Megan), Paul and Meghan (Bob); his grandson Truett; his stepgrandson Mason; and his siblings, Dwight Dolezel (Janet) and Anita Sears (Thomas).
